The 'ABC' of thoughts & emotional responses to pain

This workshops helps participants understand how to identify and overcome negative responses that can maintain pain pathways.  The session focuses on assisting participants to understand ‘Acceptance’ of  pain,  learn and use relaxation and mindfulness meditation strategies to assist with improved self management of pain and persistent disability.
